What Causes Abdomen Pain And Tender Breasts While Sexually Active?

I am expecting my period in about 4 days. I have also been sexually active. I have tender breasts and all the usual signs for a period. When I try to fart or push like I am going poop, I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen on my right. That is new, any reason why?

Hello,

I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Please exclude a muscle catch as a cause of the pain. This excluded, you have to think of pelvic causes like urinary conditions, ovarian cysts, other gynecological conditions like any uterotubal adhesions, appendicular causes etc. A proper clinical evaluation and a sonogram of the pelvis together with urinalysis will help to clarify the issue. You may need an antispasmodic for relief. Hope this helps.
