What Causes Abdomen Pain, Dehydration, Breathlessness After Alcohol And Cigarettes Consumption?

I have taken a pill called "dren" six hours prior to going to a bar, consuming alcohol and cigarettes simultaneously. I woke up with a pain in my lower abdomen, I've been dehydrated despite drinking lots of water, it's hard for me to breathe deep, it's hard for me to lay on the side where the pain is located, and it feels like something is "dry" in my body. Could you tell me what could be the problem?

cannot say in your particular case. ANd irritation of the diaphram, often occuring with alcohol and/or vomiting can cause pain that is triggered by upper abdominal movement including deep breathes.
