What Causes Abdomen Pain In The Left And Right Side With Nausea?

hellooo I ve been getting abdominal pains both from the right and left side of my stomach for like a week now been feeling sick vomiting I can t eat properly I ve done a home pregnancy test but keep getting negative results so I don t know what it could be I m really worried now . I would appreciate if you could help me out. Thanks

Hi.
Such pains on both sides of abdomen for about a week and feeling sick and vomiting all are suggestive of a classical problem of colitis. One gets the large bowel inflamed. A course of an antibiotic and metronidazole with probiotic, anti-spasmodic can give you perfect relief. This has nothing to do with the pregnancy. So do not worry about pregnancy.
Consult a Doctor to get examined and prescription based Medicnes and get well soon.
Take plenty of oral fluids. ORS- rehydration solutions .
