Hello and welcome to HCM,
Abdominal and
back pain with pink-white clumpy discharge a week before the onset of periods is suggestive of pre-menstrual syndrome.
Pre-menstrual syndrome is commonly seen in healthy menstruating females.
Anti-inflammatory drugs like mafenemic acid,
brufen etc will help to reduce abdominal and back pain.
In addition, if there are other symptoms like
bloating, low mood etc. diet and life style modification will be required.
To alleviate the symptoms of pre-menstrual syndrome, small frequent meals should be take.
More of fruits and vegetables should be added in diet.
Regular exercise helps to reduce the pre-menstrual symptoms.
Thus, the treatment depends on the symptoms.
You may consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and prescription of appropriate drugs.
Thanks and take care
