General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You seem to have dyspepsia, which is due to an irritation of the inner layer of the stomach.

I would recommend you to take Omeprazole 20-40 mg 30 minutes before breakfast. You should have frequent small meals during the day and avoid coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, etc.

If no better with this treatment in 1-2 weeks or if there is any worsening you will need to have a check with your doctor.

I hope this is helpful.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
