What Causes Abdominal And Lower Back Pain?

Hi ,Last week felt come and goes ached on my middle abdomen,and I felt I have a back pain on the lower part of my back,I ignored it ,I said it would be ok.But today when I woke up,took my shower and ate my breakfast was ok,when I droved to go to work,i felt I had 2 minutes very painul tummy.May I know what s the cause and Thanks a lot....

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, colicky pain could be the reason it can be given try with Tab Dicyclomine, but better to get done the ultrasonography just to confirm some thing else if ever it is there you have not mentioned your age and gender here because symptoms may directly related with these hope this information helps.
