What Causes Abdominal And Pelvic Cramps Post Bowel Movement?

Im havin a lot of cramping in my lower abdomen and pelvic area especially after I have a bowel movement almost feels like contractions but I know im not pregnany because I have had a tubal ligation, is this something worthy of an ER visit this has been happening off and on for 2 days

Hello,
Let me tell you that symptoms described by you suggests that you may have irritable bowel syndrome or pelvic inflammatory diseases.
You need ultrasonography of lower abdomen and urine test.
For treatment you take pain killer, antibiotics ,laxatives.
Healthy lifestyle modification.
Take planty of water regularly.
