What Causes Abdominal Bloating After A Colonoscopy?
My son had a colonoscopy about 2 weeks ago also had a endoscopyalong with it. He told the doctor that he was blotted and stomach upset and he was taking pepsid for it. Today he moved his bowls twice and had cramps and blood in it he said it was bright red and the secon time was a little darker. He is an register nurse but he seems a little concerned about it. Is this somewhat normal after a colonoscopy or should he be very concerned

After manipulation with colononoscope the mucosa of the colon become disrupted a little bit so all these symptoms occurs ...this is normal so don't worry ...will be om in 3 days
