What Causes Abdominal Bloating After Stopping Keto Diet?
I was on ketosis diet for 5 weeks and now I have abdominal bloating still 10 days after I have stopped the Keto diet. Weight is the same but stomach bloated , no constpation,fever, or any other symptom ,,,,,,,,just bloating. ( I was not bloated before I started diet)
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
