Hello,

To get rid of bloating you should avoid taking food that cause gas or acidity. Take food that is easily digestible. You can take PPIs or antacids for relief. Take adequate quantity of water and fluids, stay well hydrated. Unable to empty the bladder is indicative of urinary retention. Urinary retention can occur due to infection, physical blockage in or around the bladder or urethra.

It can be a nerve issue, side effects of the medications you have been taking, ageing, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a Urologist, get CT / MRI, voiding cysto-urethrogram, ultrasound, urodynamic testing, etc., done to detect the pathology causing you the symptoms and discomfort. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected and the disease diagnosed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
