What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Appetite Loss?

I have been having stomach discomfort. Bloating, tender to touch, loss of appetite, change in taste, foods I love no longer are appealing. I had my gall bladder removed in December. I also have constipation. And a gnawing stomach pain, that isn t sharp, but more like hunger pains, yet I am not hungry.

it seems like stomach discomfort

you take pantoprazole and domperidone combination drug twice a day for five days empty stomach
take ofloxacycilin tablet twice a day for five days
take paracetamol 2times a day for five days

regularize your food habits
take a meal at proper time
don't take out side of food ,junk food etc.
