It's possible that you have moniliasis, an yeast infection in your intestines since you have fungal infection of the toes and this is a cause for irrelevant bowels. You may also be having IBS which also produces same symptoms.
Relax, eat healthy wholesome food, exercise at least 30 minutes a day and practice stress relief. You can also discuss the use of once a week Flucanazole and colonoscopy with your doctor.
