What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Headache And Dizziness During Menopause?

I need to know what is wrong with me. I m confused because I don t understand. I am menopausal and my hormones are out of balance, I went to see my gp because I had spotting and I was feeling very sick. I explained that I had had unprotected sex with bf. She does blood test because there is a small chance I am pregnant, I go back to gp and she says because of my blood test, she does urgent referall for ultrasound within two weeks. Then she tells me I can choose either Queen Charlotte s and Chelsea hospital or Chelsea and Westminster hospital for my ultrasound within gynaecology. So I chose which hospital i wanted and waited for my ultrasound appointment. Gp said either maybe cancer, pregnancy, or menopause. That is why she did the referral. So I go to the gynae dept at the hospital. Something shows up on the ultrasound, which is measured. Nobody seemed to know what it was because it was too small to tell. The trainee asked was it a fibroid? The doctor said no. I did a urine pregnancy test there which is negative, and I have done another two at home, one was faintly negative and one was negative but maybe could have been faintly positive. Anyhow - since the beginning of all this about two weeks roughly after seeing my bf, I started to feel sick, had spotting, headaches, wind, flutters in my stomach, felt dizzy, v.v tired, vaginal dis, veins up on my boobs, bloating, confusion, madness. All the symptoms of being pregnant. Anyhow, my gp s say the blood test was negative and I m not pregnant. During a telephone consultation, they tell me that my ultrasound report is back and they found a cyst. When I went for my gp appointment today he tells me that the report is not back yet, He said my hormones are out,so I asked him for hrt which he gave me. But checking on side effects - not good. What on earth is going on? Should I just run away from them all? Am I pregnant? What is wrong with me?
