What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Vomiting And Fatigue?

for the pass nine months I have been dealing with an growing abdomen, vomiting, fatique, dizziness, fluid in stomach, movements in stomach, pressure in stomach ,sharp pains in ribs, and told I am not pregnant... what else could be the cause...yes I have had three ultrasounds and they all show a placenta.

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take soem antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach for vomiting. Take plenty of oral fluids to maintain the hydration of your body. For fatigue take some multivitamins once daily.
