What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Yellow Coloured Stools?

I have had a virus which made me vomit once and had many numerous diarrhea bowel movement events and after two days of these exhausting trips to the bathroom, my wife got me some immodium and finally my diarrhea subsided. My question is this, why did the following day when I had a bowel movement that my feces turned a real bright yellow color and my stomach feels very bloated and hard after eating?

yaa you are somewhat right about your diagnosis that you are infected with some virus..or bacteria ... and its body's response against these pathogens in forms of diarrhea and vomiting..and one should not take cap. IMODIUM without consultancy as it blocks your normal bodily response.,your above symptoms are because of loperamide..,lopermide should be taken after consulting a doctor.
You should take fluid to counteract fluid loss with lactobacillus as initial therapy,and for now you should consult a physician for further treatment.
