What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Back Ache?

I just had two kidney turmors removed on Friday, April 7th. It was diagnosed as renal cell cancer, my spleen was knicked and sewed up, I had a blood transfusion because I lost a couple liters of blood. I came home on the 10th. I am having problems after eating, my stomach bloats up and hurts (back, abdomen, kidneys) . I get weak and neausous, I am very constipated, I have very little bowel movements, I have used stool softners, laxatives, enemas. I have vomitted twice both times it looks like black liquid. What should I do?

Hi,

As the first line of management, you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
