What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Back Pain?
For 3 yrs now I have been begging doctors to figure out why I am bloating. Tonight is a bad episode with back pain accompanying it. I look 10 mos pregnant! I have a small frame and have never weighed over 130 lbs (5 4 ). It is causing such depression that I just want to cry. All I ve been told is fatty liver and menopause. f

As a first line management you can take antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
