Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Rule out the following causes for Gas: -excess stress -eating too fast -excess intake of junk foods and beverages -smoking -celiac disease -functional bowel problem etcetera
According to the cause, specific treatment should be given. If celiac disease suspected, then anti-tissue transglutaminase can be investigated.
Regular exercise will be beneficial, also include more fiber in the diet. Drink more water and consult a physician or the gastroenterologist for examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami
