Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have not had sexual contact with anyone so far, the question of pregnancy does not arise at all. Your current symptoms seem related mostly to the gastrointestinal tract. Such things can happen during the premenstrual phase of the cycle as a side effect of hormone changes and prostaglandin release. You can take antispasmodics to relieve the pain and wait for your period. Mostly, the symptoms should subside naturally once the period sets in. If not, contact your health care provider. Hope this helps.
