What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Diarrhea In An Infant?

Hi I have an 18mth old daughter ,she has all her teeth already , she is not running a fever,but she has been very gasy ,unusual gree stools wet and runny 3 times or more per day leaking out the pampers and this has been going on for 10days , very bad rash in private area and uncomfortable . All the pediatrician gave her was nystatin cream, said to discontinue baby wipes because it may irritate her more but none of this is getting worst and worst . Im frustrated and want to know whats going on with my infant stomache the stools are bright green which is very unusual for her. please advise!

She must be having intestinal infection going on. So, you have to give syp ofloxacin+ornidazole to her and syp ranitidine.
