My stomach has been swollen for three or four days. It hurt a lot the first and second day, not really much on the third and fourth. I had moderate diarrhea on the second day (not even that much.) I haven t thrown up and I don t have black or bloody stool. What s going on?

Acute onset abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating and vomiting is suggestive of viral Gastroenteritis. The symptoms will subside in 1 week. You can restrict to fluid diet and bland diet (Banana, rice, Apple Sauce and toast) until the acute symptoms subside. Also, stay hydrated. Drink fluids containing electrolytes like Gatorade.
