General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you can be having an acid peptic disease or gastritis. Using antacids like omperazole before meals and motility agents like domperidone or itapride can be helpful.

Avoiding junk meals, heavy fatty diets and fizzy drinks, as well as spices, may also decrease the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
