What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Indigestion?

I get bloating and what feels like indigestion on occasion from drinking or eating. The discomfort/pain is situated below by sternum right around my diaphragm in the middle of my stomach. It seems to last 10-15 minutes and is helped by drinking water and taking antacids. Is this simply acid reflux or indigestion? Would an ulcer have these symptoms? Thank you.

Hi it is GERD or reflux. If it was ulcer, there would be continuous pain. Look out for the foods that may be causing this and try to avoid them--regards
