What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Indigestion?

I HAD A VIRUS (I THINK) IN MY INTESTINE ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO. I had suffered occasionally with bloating, gas, indigestion up to that point. However since that virus which gave me diarrhea for 3 days, the bloating and gas gotten worse. I have it most evenings and it hits me about 3 hours after I eat. It will tend to get better for a few days as I watch my diet, only to reappear for a few days. Once my stomach settles from drinking herbal teas, I go to bed and it never bothers me at night or in the morning. I do take Remeron for anxiety and depression and I take a very small dose Klonopin when needed if I have severe anxiety or panic. My bowel movements are fairly normal, rarely constipated. sometimes after a bowel movement the pain and bloating returns. I have no fever. Any clues? When the indigestion and colic feeling hits, I take a Zantac or Pepsid and it helps tremendously. I also typically avoid wheat and dairy.
