Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since it is an acute or recent change it is possible that the symptoms are related to an infection of the gastrointestinal tract.

You may want to consider use of reflux medication or Pepto-Bismol to see if one of these would help with your symptoms. If there is no improvement or any worsening, then you should see your doctor for assessment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James
