What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Nausea?

I have experienced a bloated stomach and nausea twice over the last few months. The first time this happened, I vomited violently. the second time I did not. Both were accompanied by some extreme heart burn. (I have had acid reflux for years and am taking nexxium for that) This last bout lasted about four days. I did not sleep well those four nights While at work on day four, I suddenly became dizzy and that lasted for about a day. All is fine now but I still feel bloated on a regular basis after meal no matter how little I eat. I do drink and on the two occasions that I felt I had been drinking. The first time I thought I may have just had two much to drink. The second time I do not believe I drank in excess.
