What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Pain Along With Constipation And Chills?

Gas pain leading to the back.Diarear and some minor constipation.Some chills.Some days no issues at all other days I get these symptoms.I have type 2 diabetes just had my blood and urine test done 2 weeks ago and everything turned out great.Blood sugar 105 A1c 6.5

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

All the symptoms mentioned above can be present in intestinal obstruction/colitis/inflammatory bowel disease / carcinoma rectum. So at present we can't surely say. Investigations are needed.
If you have recurrent episodes of diarrhea and constipation please consult a surgeon.

Investigations needed are:
1) per rectal examination.
2) USG abdomen.

This will help you and guide us to take further step.
