What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Painful Ejaculation?

my husband has an old hernia that he never had treated, or even looked at.. now ten or so years later, it has gotten so bad that he can t work his belly is bloated and very hard.. he can t ejaculate without extreme pain, immediately following. And the past six months he has found it harder and harder to breathe.. when i finally got him to go to the hospital, his bp was extremely high, and ekg irregular, and absolutely CANNOT breathe when laying down. followed by the inevitable panic attack from suffication .. please help me, i m about to lose my still young husband.
