What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Severe Diarrhea?

I hate going to Dr. Appt s. I haven t had a physical for five years. Never get colds or anything except about a week ago, I got sick to my stomach and had flatus ,like somebody had filled my stomach with a pump. The weird thing was that it didn t smell. I got severe diarrhea, the following day so bad that I pooped on myself because I didn t feel like I needed to have a bowel movement! Well that finally stopped! Today for the second time this week, when I urinated the smell that was emanating from my body smelled like rotten hamburger meat! I don t have sex. Last time was 5,,years ago. Could that smell be cancer?? Of the cervix? Or uterus??
