What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Stomach Ache?

Im actually trying to figure out what is the cause of the symptoms I have. constipation all my life, bloating, pain in intestine and stomach, last week i had some spotting, unbalanced hormones and infections that are untreatable. Been on just about everything that has to do with being able to make a bowel movement, but my body gets immuned to it and doesnt work. Lately been having small hard stools. any ideas what it could be?

You may be suffering from food allergy.
I would advise you to go for endoscopy.
However check with your doctor and try to analyse when does your symptoms aggravate.
Keep a vision on your diet and try to analyse it.
