What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Swelling In The Left Ankle?
Yes, I am having several symptoms that may or may not be related. 1) Upper Ab - bloatness 2) Overall - continue weight gain 3) Ankle - (left more than right) swelling and joint pain. I m 61, 5 3 and currently weigh 150, 15 pounds in last 6 months, active in daily walking 7-10k steps and movement at work (not sedentary).
dear recent weight gain that we are having might be due to some metabolic disorder as well. In such cases first of all we ensure a general health check up along with thyroid profile,sugar level etc. If every thing comes normal we may go for some hormanal asseys. plz dont worry as it will be diagnosed and in the mean time take care of the diet and exercises. more over joint pain is mostly due to the body weight. we must add a lot of fibres and fluids to out diet as well to improve the bowel activity. hope this helps most welcome for further queries
