What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Belching, Tiredness And Diarrhea?

I am bloated, burping, very tired, and had 1 episode of diarrhea this morning. I m nauseous & don t feel like eating, but I make myself eat. I m full sooner than usual. I went to a walk in clinic & the Dr. said that I have colitis. The infectious kind. She put me on an antibiotic & prednisone 10mg pack. Does this sound right?

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

According to your complain you have problem of abdominal bloting and dihorrea that is because of colitis problem. Complete your antibiotics course and prednisone also.

In ulcerative colitis lactose free diet is more recommended. Avoid alcohol and meat in diet.
Take health food. Take more green vegetables and fresh fruits.
Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Avoid stress also.
If still symptoms are present than consent your gastroenterologist for further treatment.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you.
