What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Bladder Fullness Pain And Bleeding?

I took the abortion pill a week ago, it will be 2 weeks this Friday. I just recently started feeling really full in my lower abdomin and when my bladder is full it hurts. I am still bleeding, not heavy, I can wear maybe 2 pads per day to monitor the flow of blood.

Understand your concern.
Symptoms like abdominal bloating, bladder fullness pain and bleeding 2 week after abortion suggestive of incomplete abortion. Bleeding and pain generally disappear in 7 days. Take pregnancy test at home if it is positive suggestive of incomplete abortion or ectopic pregnancy.
But incomplete abortion should be confirmed in USG by gynecologist. So consult the gynecologist. Treatment include two extra dose of misoprostol or surgical methods likes D & C.
Take proper rest and analgesic. Always use medical abortion treatment under the expert guidance of gynecologist,
