What Causes Abdominal Bloating, Diarrhea And Difficulty In Breathing?

Hi Doctor, My stomach is bloated and trouble with breathing. Seems like the stomach is pressing against my upper lung, makes it hard to hold my breath and easier when exhaling within one second. My weight is only 57kg after periodic diarrhea and vomitting and I look like a skinny guy with ribs and chest bones easily seen on the skin. The area on the abdomen is very big compared to the skinny body and it looks very weird. This condition makes me difficult to try to eat lunch and dinner because I feel very uncomfortable after a small meal. I m hungry now but I can t feed my bloated stomach. It s very hopeless. PLs help. I suspect these following disease: coeliac disease, diabetes, coeliac disease, etc. Thanks

For diarrhea you can take some antibiotics like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal bloating. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause. You can take tab nitazoxanide for 5 days to completely get rid off diarrhea.
