What Causes Abdominal Bloating While Having Costochondritis?

hello my name is lakema i currently have ger and i also have costicondrittis and my stomach gets swollen for a few weeks i havent go to the hospital yet because i have no idea why thats constanly coming and going .oh and i also have and enlarge thyroid ,i believe its reactive ,im trying to say i think i need medicine for the thyroid, im notice something is currently wrong but i cant truthfully descibe this pain,and my weight always go up and down.some times my energy is up and down.i currently have a couple of condittions,i have anxiety ,panic attacks,bipolar,head spasm,chest spasm,and im anemic and i also have matasis of the breast or nipple but i never looking in to any further because he didnt refer me to any other doctor and i dont no if thats a disease or what.at this time im in my early 40 ,i am starting to believe when you get old you get really sick and then you also get learned about or your illness but my doctor dr holuka always saying something else when i go to him ,one more thing i have varicoses veins,
