What Causes Abdominal Bloating While On Amitriptyline Hydrochloride?

I have been taking 2 amitriptyline Hcl 25mg tablets each night for about 8 years now for IBS. I do not have problems with diarrhea or constipation but I do have a lot of problems with BLOATING!!!!!!! and some stomach aches. What do you recommend? Thank you--Joanne

Hello,

You can try to use simethicone for bloating and excess of gas. Also you can use enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora. Also try to avoid food that triggers symptoms and bloating.
