What Causes Abdominal Bloating,gastritis And Lack Of Appetite?

I have experienced bloating and severe gas all over ,shoulders, abdominal and back. I also am bloated have not lost my appetite though. some breast swelling and sweats even though I have a a hysterectomy.My friend has pancreatic cancer and had these same symptoms. I am worried sick

Hi there.

You could be having Acid peptic disease. Avoid spicy and oily food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Keep well hydrated. Take Syrup Sucralfate 3 teaspoons thrice a day. Acid smoking and drinking alcohol. Get an upper GI Endoscopy to look for gastritis.
