What Causes Abdominal Cramping After Having Non-penetrative Sex While On Birth Control?

I'm on birth control (low dose), and have been having bad cramps in my abdomen region. a week ago I was fingered by my boyfriend who may or may not have had cum or precum on his finger. Later on his penis touched my vagina but didnt penatra (im still a virgin). This past week i have been under a lot of stress and I think that may be contributing to my cramps, also I have a really unhealthy diet. Could you give me imput on what is wrong? Is pregnancy even possible?

Even the stress is also responsible but if you have abdominal cramp every time after a foreplay is unusual. Being penetrated even with fingers for the first time can also cause abdominal pain.
