What Causes Abdominal Cramping Along With Loss Of Appetite?

This is for a patient aging 57 years and a patient of chronic piles from last 30 years. Now complaining of cramp pain in stomach with apetite loss and blood dysentry. After having stool test done the findings are as under:-
Brownish aperance with semi solid consistency and alkaline reaction. Pus, mucous, blood and parasites are nil.pus cells 0-2/hpf, RBCS, yeast cells, ova, cyst, bacteria flora, fat globules are nill. Occult blood negative. Please suggest the cause the disease n its remedy.
