What Causes Abdominal Cramping Along With Severe Pain In Navel?

I HAVE AN UMBILICAL HERNIA AND DIVERTICULOSIS, LAST TWO WEEKS I HAVE HAD PAIN THAT RADIATES FROM THE BELLYBUTTON AND THE WHOLE LEFT SIDE TO THE LEFT BACK KIDNEY AREA. WORSE WHEN COUGHING, BOWEL MOVEMENT , AND AFTER EATING. CRAMPING AND CONSTANT PAIN ,GAS PAINS, FEELS LIKE TEARING ON LEFT SIDE. FEELS BETTER WHEN I PUT PRESSURE ON AREA

Well come to HCM
With the condition of umbilical hernia such symptom may be likely and this could be sign of repair of hernia, in my opinion it is advisable to have surgical opinion before could think something else like hyperacidity and others, of course this could be the reason but this may be taken into consideration once the surgical doubt cleared, take care.
