What Causes Abdominal Cramps After Having Abortion?

Hi I had a c section 2years ago I had an abortion using a pill tweets ago yesterday I had period like cramping but I m not bleeding so I wanted to bring my period now in case any thing had remained but I don t know what medication to buy to bring it down

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Abortion through pills is recommended only for pregnancy under 12 weeks.
This is done by using two drugs namely: Mifepristone and Misoprostol.
Misoprostol causes contractions of the womb and as a result helps in explsion of products of conception.
Mifepristone is an anti-progesterone. It helps in softening of cervix and helps in detachment of placenta.
You need to take these drugs as specified and the process of abortion should be done under medical supervision.
That is because incomplete expulsion of products of conception and side effects caused due to drugs need to be attended quickly to prevent complications and endanger to the life.
