Hello,
Whoever the patient is, has taken high dosage of Misoprostol and hence is seeing the side effects like diarrhea and cramps. Self-medication is dangerous in inducing a medical abortion and in the current scenario, she should immediately see a specialist for further management. It cannot be self-judged whether the abortion is complete and to do so is to invite harm and threat to one's life. There is no specific diet restriction with the procedure; only, it is preferable to have liquid and semisolid diet, to avoid complications should any surgical evacuation be needed. Hope this helps.
