hi i had a termination on the 26th september, coil out in situ. any way i had sex 9 days ago and since then abdo cramps like period is coming but nothin, creamy discharge with slight pink and frequent urination, too early to test for pregnancy but i dont feel right. i feel my body is chnging again, checked coil strings and they are gone. think i have lost my coil, as i bled for 3 weeks after termination big clots and one day like a tap, i never checked for strings then, but now im super worried that i might be pregnant again
I think that if the IUCD is displaced and you can't trace your coil then. I would advise you a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen to ascertain if the IUCD is at correct position or not as if the IUCD is displaced then it will cause bleeding and cramps after sexual intercourse. I would suggest you to start tranaxemic acids tablet along with analgesics. Also, do a thyroid profile test.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
