What Causes Abdominal Cramps After Taking A Menotropin Shot?
Hi doctor I am trying to conceive I took fertile treatment doctor suggested me taking tablets and menotropin ip75 injection 2 alternative dose my last period is 19 Jan I took pregnancy test before 5 days of my period .I am getting mensural cramp i am confused

It is not related to menotropin.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult a gynaecologist and get an ultrasound scan done.
