What Causes Abdominal Cramps After Taking A Morning After Pill?

Hi I took the morning pill like 10 days ago after 36 hrs of having sex (lost my virginity), we used a condom we made sure it wasn t tore after & it seemed like it wasn t. Took the morning pill just in case, days after taking it I felt cramps & then I had some brownish discharge but now it s been like 10 days & I have sore breast and mild back pain, but I was also involved in a car accident a week ago so I m guessing the back pain might be from that. Are these symptoms common from the morning pill?

Hi, abdominal cramps and brown discharge can be due to the pull. You may get your periods in few days. You can take some pain killers for the cramps. Otherwise it is normal. Hope I have answered your question.
