What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Headache And Dizziness?

You have a 30 year woman who comes into the clinic complaining about bad cramps, headache and feeling very dizzy . What would be one of the main question you would ask her during her intake ? What Lab exam would you run before the doctor even comes in to see her? Would you take a full set of vitals ? If yes why?
