What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Headaches And Dizziness?

Hi Doctor, In early 2004 I found out that I was infected with STI and went to the clinic same year for treatment. At the clinic I was given medication and told that I will be fine but I was not. The years pass by and last year December I went to the gynaecology and she gave me medication and she said that I have village infection (bathroom infection) but after the medication it’s back to square-one. I have these stomach cramps, headache, dizziness and now I feel like my whole body is getting paralyzed. I don t know if these two infections are causing the mentioned symptoms. Please help. Jabu

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have abdominal cramps along with headaches and dizziness . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like muscle strain , panic attack , drug overdose , gastroenteritis , side effect of medicine or allergic reaction . I would suggest you to drink plenty of water , take anti histamine like bendryl twice a day , avoid food like nuts and seas food and consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , check vital and take history . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , analgesic , anti inflammatory , omeprazole , anti emetic drug . Do not bend forward and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist or cardiologist if he/she find problem to be related with ear or heart respectively.
