What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Vaginal Bleeding?

I am experiencing cramps and bleeding, a combination of dark and light blood ,also tinged with brown,5 days after taking norlevo this week, i took it Sunday 2nd of October after unsafe sex on 1st of October, i had unsafe sex again on the 5th of October,, how effective can it be? Could it be implantation spotting?

Hello,

Firstly, if I consider arbitrarily that intercourse on the 5th of October resulted in pregnancy, then, today your pregnancy would have an almost 20th week.

Your abdomen would have increased and a brown line would have appeared in the midline of the abdomen, from up to down, going through the umbilicus.

You would have felt the pregnancy much prominently. So, I personally do not think, if your confusion does not go, please do have a check (physical exam) with any doctor.

For the bleeding and cramping, please do a test: Lower Abdomen USG.

Norlevo's side effects should be disappeared with 48 hours of its usage. So, no question of Norlevo.

If too much bleeding you can take, Tranexamic acid composition drugs.

For too much cramping, Mefenamic acid can be taken. Before that, I also suggest you have a physical exam (Per vaginal) by a Gynaecologist.
