Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I have read carefully your history and I think that this could be just a gastroenteritis or gastric flu and your internal hemorrhoid is irritated after this situation. I need to know if the blood is red or dark? Furthermore I suggest to do an abdominal ultrasound and to meet a surgery specialist to define better the reason.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
