What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Delayed Periods While On Contraceptive Pills?

Hi we had unprotected sex last may 25 a day after around 12 noon i took 4 pills then after 12 hrs took again another 4 pills then continue to take the remaining active pills. My last mestruation was may 3, but until now i'm not having my period but I really have cramps and so much painful butt sore. Pls help me
